Terms of technical and administrative support for the Mayor and Councillors of Lisbon City Council - Proposal no. 663/2021

Hiring of natural persons, on a service provision basis, necessary for the proper functioning of the Municipal Assembly - Proposal no. 726/2021

It is a privileged tool for planning and managing human resources, and is included in the respective annual management cycle. It must be drawn up annually in the first quarter, with reference to December 31 of the immediately preceding year.
